Lead by Example: SEE ONE, DO ONE, TEACH ONE — Building Your Family's Wall of Peace
By Penny
#FINANCIALEDUCATION starts with WHAT PEOPLE CAN SEE.
SEE ONE. DO ONE. TEACH ONE.
That is not just a training framework. That is how you BUILD A FAMILY CULTURE OF PEACE.
That is how confusion turns into clarity.
That is how fear gives way to stewardship.
That is how a parent, grandparent, or mentor can help END the cycle of financial illiteracy and replace orphan-scarcity thinking with VISION, ORDER, AND PEACE.
Since 2004, Stuart T. Long has emphasized a simple truth: if people cannot SEE the path, they usually will not WALK the path. And if they never walk it, they cannot pass it on.
So what do you need?
Not a perfect speech.
Not a finance degree.
Not a shame session.
You need a WALL OF PEACE your family can point to.
Because a picture speaks 1,000 words.
And sometimes the most powerful invitation in your house is simply this:
“Let’s get together and work on your wall.”
The Problem: Financial Lessons Are Often Invisible
Many families only discuss money when something breaks.
A bill is late.
The car needs repair.
The credit card balance grows.
An unexpected expense hits the house.
Pressure rises, but wisdom is still invisible.
What does the next generation usually see?
Stress.
Silence.
Fragmented decisions.
Last-minute reactions.
And then we wonder why financial illiteracy keeps repeating itself from one generation to the next.
If your daughter only hears “we can’t afford it,” but never sees the system, how will she learn?
If your son inherits responsibility without a model, how will he build wisely?
If your grandchild receives assets without stewardship, what exactly have we transferred?
That is the gap.
And that is why the Financial Wall of Peace matters so much.
The Solution: Build a Financial Wall of Peace
Quivergy Personal gives families a VISUAL MODEL of financial stewardship.
It helps make the invisible visible.
The concept is simple: every area of responsibility becomes a block in the wall.
Some blocks need attention.
Some are being worked.
Some are strong and stable.
As the wall develops, your family can literally SEE progress.
That matters!
Why?
Because when people can SEE the structure, they are far more likely to understand the next step.
Your wall may include:
- Emergency savings
- Income protection
- Health coverage
- Debt reduction
- Retirement planning
- Beneficiary reviews
- Estate planning
- Legacy preparation
- Wealth-building strategies
- A Found Money review
This is not a wall that traps you.
This is a wall that PROTECTS PEACE.
It is a visible framework that says, “WE ARE BUILDING SOMETHING STRONGER THAN PANIC.”
And the front stays open, because the goal is not fear-based control. The goal is wise access, family clarity, and a path forward together.

SEE ONE: Let Them See the Model
The first step is not explanation.
It is demonstration.
SEE ONE!
Let your daughter SEE you slow down and review the plan.
Let your son SEE you organize what matters.
Let your grandchild SEE that money conversations do not have to be filled with tension.
Let your spouse SEE the household moving from scattered information to shared understanding.
This is where #FINANCIALEDUCATION becomes practical.
Not abstract.
Not preachy.
Not theoretical.
Visible.
Relational.
Repeatable.
Open the presentation.
Grab a drink.
Sit down together.
Watch the PowerPoint and presentation with your daughter, son, or grandchild.
Point to the screen.
Point to the wall.
Point to the blocks.
A picture speaks 1,000 words.
You do not have to explain everything at once. You simply have to say:
“This is what we are building. Let’s get together and work on your wall.”
That is leadership by example.
That is how peace gets transferred.

DO ONE: Choose One Block
The second step is action.
DO ONE!
Do not try to solve your whole financial life in one sitting.
Choose ONE block.
Work ONE issue.
Make ONE decision.
Complete ONE next step.
Ask together:
- What area needs peace first?
- What do we already know?
- What is missing?
- What action can we take now?
- Who will help carry this forward?
Maybe your first block is emergency savings.
Maybe it is debt cleanup.
Maybe it is organizing old policies.
Maybe it is reviewing beneficiaries.
Maybe it is a Found Money review.
Maybe it is just getting everything into one visible place so your family stops operating out of drawers, inboxes, and memory gaps.
THIS is how walls are built.
Block by block.
Decision by decision.
Conversation by conversation.
The goal is not activity for activity’s sake.
The goal is MEASURABLE PEACE.
A red block is not shame.
A yellow block is not failure.
A green block is not the finish line.
It is proof that stewardship can be learned, seen, and repeated.
TEACH ONE: Invite Someone Into the Wall
The third step is multiplication.
TEACH ONE!
Once you can SEE the model and DO the next step, you are ready to TEACH one person.
Not with pressure.
Not with pride.
With invitation.
It could be your adult child.
It could be your parents.
It could be a sibling.
It could be a friend.
It could be a grandchild just beginning to ask real questions about life, work, and responsibility.
You do not need to become their expert.
You do not need to lecture them.
You can simply say:
“I started building my family’s Wall of Peace. Would you like to see it?”
And then:
“Would you like to work on your wall with me?”
This is how generational wisdom moves.
SEE ONE.
DO ONE.
TEACH ONE.
That one conversation can interrupt years of confusion and begin a brand-new family pattern.

From Orphan Scarcity to Sonship Stewardship
Financial education is not only about cashflow.
It is also about IDENTITY.
An orphan mindset says:
- “I am on my own.”
- “There will never be enough.”
- “Nobody taught me, so I cannot learn.”
- “My family will always struggle with this.”
- “I have to survive, not steward.”
But SONSHIP THINKS DIFFERENTLY.
Sonship says wisdom can be received.
Sonship says peace can be built.
Sonship says what was broken in one generation does NOT have to be repeated in the next.
Sonship says you can pass down understanding, not just expenses.
You can pass down process, not just pressure.
You can pass down peace, not just possessions.
This is why LOVING GOD BACK remains the first priority. All true Kingdom stewardship flows from relationship, not performance. We do not build to earn acceptance. We build from acceptance.
And when you know you are not an orphan, you stop leading your family from scarcity panic.
You start leading from peace.
That shift matters in money.
That shift matters in parenting.
That shift matters in legacy.
The mission of Melchizedek Ministries is to:
- Validate identity: how God saw you before the womb.
- Give permission/encouragement to move into ministry.
The implementation is two steps:
- Step 1: Birth Sky Message via Christological Astronomy (Maji methodology) to find the “Promised One” in your own life.
- Step 2: Ramp up ministry (Found, Funded with endowments, Staffed with volunteers, Supported by intercessors, Thrive, Call others up, Function in the Order of Melchizedek).
Habakkuk 2:2 gives the pattern: write the vision, and make it plain.
A family wall is one practical way to do exactly that.

Your Family Wall Challenge
This week, take action:
- SEE ONE: Go to Quivergy.com/personal.
- DO ONE: Pick one block in your financial wall to begin.
- TEACH ONE: Invite one family member to review it with you.
- SIT TOGETHER: Grab a drink and watch the PowerPoint and presentation with your daughter, son, or grandchild.
- SAY THE LINE: “Let’s get together and work on your wall.”
You do not need a perfect past to build a strong future.
You need a visible starting point.
Quivergy Personal offers educational and consultative support to help families organize, clarify, and strengthen their household planning. It is not investment advice, and specialized legal, tax, insurance, or investment matters should be handled with properly licensed professionals where needed.
The point is not hype.
The point is not pressure.
The point is to help your family SEE THE MODEL, DO THE WORK, AND TEACH THE NEXT GENERATION.
Conclusion: Lead by Example
Your family may not remember every sentence you say about money.
But they will remember what you modeled.
They will remember that you opened the conversation.
They will remember that you sat WITH them, not above them.
They will remember the moment you grabbed a drink, opened the presentation, and said, “LET’S BUILD YOUR WALL.”
They will remember that peace became visible.
They will remember that wisdom became transferable.
They will remember that someone in the family finally decided to LEAD BY EXAMPLE.
SEE ONE. DO ONE. TEACH ONE.

The Most Important Decision
Financial planning matters, but your soul matters more.
Would you like to ask Jesus into your heart right now? Yes? Or no?
Lukewarmness is a bullet train to hell. Jesus deserves a clear answer, and your soul deserves the opportunity to make a clear decision.
If you are ready, pray:
Lord Jesus, I ask you right now to come into [their name]’s heart. Forgive [their name] of all his/her sins. Wash [their name] in your blood. Fill [their name] with your Holy Spirit. And use [their name] for your glory. In Jesus name, Amen.

My Son, My Daughter,
You are Accepted, not rejected.
You are good enough, and I Love you.
I am proud of you, and you do it right.
I'm dancing over you day and night!
-Father God (YHVH)
